Some plants have grown spontaneously next to specimens that were planted at the beginning of the project, which may indicate facilitation phenomena.

Individuals of numerous species have been found growing next to some of the plants that were planted at the beginning of the project: Pinus halepensis next to Lygeum spartum, Chamaerops humilis next to Pinus halepensis, Brachypodium retusum next to Lygeum spartum, Dorycnium pentaphyllum next to Pinus halepensis. This can be due to facilitation processes.
